Peyton is a producer for podcasts. Her boss, who wants to get the numbers up, commissions her to produce a podcast with Alex, who previously had a controversial pod but is now signed to the company where Peyton works. Doubtful that Alex is right for their type of pods, Peyton takes it upon herself to create a new pod with Alex. They hatch the idea of trying to find a successful date for the famous author Jackie Gray whom Alex knows and whom Peyton has long admired. But it's not that easy and while Payton and Alex works to succeed, they also find that maybe they themselves should be dating.
An annoying story in which the fairly cocky Alex always be must right.
