Jenny, who is a firefighter, and Tom have a new relationship that is appreciated by Tom's daughter. Then Mary, Tom's ex-wife, who needs to promote her new book about weddings, steps onto the stage. The publisher does not want her to come across as a divorced mother if she is to succeed with her book about weddings, so she wants to force Tom to pretend that they are patching up their relationship.
Partly a good movie, but it becomes a bit too cliché.
