Lauren runs a Christmas decorating business with her friend Colleen. Before Christmas, they receive a prestigious assignment for the wealthy Anderssen family, who are related to the British royal house. When they come to decorate and fix the big house for Christmas and this year's Christmas gala, the host couple is not at home and has only left a short list of what needs to be done. Lauren, who always adapts to the customer's wishes and preferences, is stumped. But the family's son, James, works at home and Lauren begins to draw him in to find out how the family used to celebrate Christmas in the past.
The film might be okay but just barely. Lauren's enthusiasm is not enough.
