The single mother Neve works as a cleaner at an upscale hotel. One day, a colleague convinces her to try on an elegant dress that arrived with the luggage of a guest who has yet to check in. By chance, Prince James happens to pass by at that very moment, and to cover up what they’re doing, Neve's friend introduces her as an influential philanthropist. Soon, Neve becomes more deeply entangled in the situation as James insists that she show him around New York and introduce him to the play she is helping to produce. The charade becomes increasingly difficult to maintain, leading to an inevitable and awkward revelation.
Another prince from an unknown European country, and it doesn't work this time either. The fact that they've also blatantly stolen the plot from the film Maid in Manhattan does not help matters either. However, it's not entirely worthless but not half as good as the original.
