Luna struggles to keep the museum her father left to her running. In an attempt to create publicity, her assistant happens to make a press release in which it appears that Luna is engaged to a rich and well-known Jackson. As it happens, it may suit Jackson, who is trying to maneuver himself into a board position in the family business. He convinces Luna that they should pretend to be engaged to achieve their respective goals and then "break up".
The film isn't great and the ending is a bit lame (however, it ends as it should). It does have a certain charm though.
