Julia, who is a successful lawyer in New York, goes home to her parents and sister for Christmas. There she ends up in a competition between her family's Inn and the town's other Inn, which is also family-owned. She is helped by Wes, the son of the other family, to try to unite the families against the external threat posed by a large hotel chain.
A cute little romantic movie that is quite cozy. The feud between the families expresses itself more as a friendly competition than a feud.
