Veterinarian Carly returns to take over Grandpa's practice. Once there, she meets Dan, who she was with in high school, and his sister, Michelle, who she was friends with. However, Dan is about to leave the dog agency he works with and move with his girlfriend to New York. Something that Kristi doesn't like and pushes Carly into the equation.
