Abby is known for her role as Gabriella Grace from a TV series where she played a wholesome mother offering advice to her viewers. Although the series has been cancelled, she remains just as popular. When she learns that her ex-husband, who was also her co-star on the show, is getting married and expecting a child, she is completely taken aback. To make matters worse, she gets into a conflict with a shop owner, and the incident is filmed and goes viral. To escape the chaos, she decides to go on holiday to Vermont, but it turns out her hotel booking was incorrect, and she ends up staying at a small inn run by Tom.
The film holds up as a good romantic movie. Some might find Tom's character a bit overly nervous and clumsy, but it’s something one can overlook.
