June has always dreamed of a wedding in June. When her boyfriend Alex proposes to her, the dream seems to come true. But when Alex suddenly gets a job offer in Cleveland, which means they have to (?) get married in January, everything is put on hold. Add to that a reluctant mother-in-law and a scheming girl competing for Alex and the problems pile up.
A romantic film where they have already found each other (exception from the rule) but have to overcome obstacles. You can strongly question why they have to get married before they move in together (is it the 19th century or what?) but as a romantic film it holds up.
