Ava was left by her boyfriend a week before the wedding, and it’s still affecting her a year later. Her employer tells her to take a vacation and use the honeymoon cruise on the Danube, which is already paid for and soon expires. Somewhat reluctantly, Ava sets off. At the same time, Prince Joe goes on a trip to take a break and ask himself if he’s ready to take over as king. His cover is to travel along the Danube to collect donations of artworks for charitable causes. During the cruise, they meet and realize they share the same interest in art.
Stories about royalty from unknown countries in Europe have, by definition, the odds stacked against it. However, this one does fairly well and actually rates as a four. It's one of three films set on a cruise along the Danube, all released in 2024. They must have gotten a good package deal.
