Megan has trained as an architect but is stuck in the communications department of an architectural office. Now she is assigned to go to her hometown to persuade Frances Figgins to sell her house to the company as she is the last one not to sell her land for a new development project. If she succeeds, she can start as an architect. However, Frances is reluctant to sell as she does not like the plans for development. At home, Megan also meets her childhood crush Joe. He has recently moved back with his daughter after being widowed.
A good romantic film that keeps the level right and delivers as it should.
