Lindsey works for the local municipality and has the challenging task of organizing the city's Christmas celebration. She is a widow and lives with her mother and daughter. At a Christmas market, her daughter receives an old Christmas stocking, which she brings home and hangs on the mantel. However, it has a tendency to fall down, and each time it does, they find something in the stocking that seems to be a sign of something about to happen. Lindsey has a hard time believing in the "magic," but her daughter becomes convinced. Meanwhile, Lindsey tries to work together with Scott, who is restoring the town’s gazebo in time for the holiday festivities.
Another Christmas movie with a touch of magic. It doesn't particularly stand out, but as a romantic film, it delivers what it's supposed to.
