Lucy risks losing her position at the university, so in an attempt to make an archaeological breakthrough to save it, she travels to Scotland. There, she checks into a castle-style inn run by Edina. Edina soon connects her with her son, Duncan, to assist her in her quest to make an archaeological discovery. Duncan is struggling to save the family's whisky distillery with a new whisky he has developed.
Perhaps not entirely seamless, mainly due to some rather silly supernatural elements, but it's balanced out by the Scottish setting and the fact that the locals actually speak Scottish.
