Gwen gets to fill in as a personal shopper for Charlie when her colleague is having a baby. Charlie is a busy executive who barely has time for his son Owen. Gwen storms into their lives and impresses with her ability to choose great gifts for Charlie's staff and business associates. She makes Charlie think about his ways and about his relationship with businesswoman Victoria.
