Richard has taken over his father's company and is now aiming to merge it with another. As part of this, he will acquire a ranch in Montana as a 'company resort'. He personally travels there to land the deal. There he is confronted by Sam who owns the ranch and is unwilling to sell even though they are having financial problems. Due to a lack of hotel rooms, Richard gets to stay at the ranch for a few days, even though Sam does not want to sell the ranch to him.
A cosy movie without too much drama.
