Frankie gets a dog for companionship. One day, the dog is rescued from being hit by a car by Jack, who soon turns out to be the veterinarian recommended by Frankie's roommate (mostly because her roommate is fond of Jack's receptionist). Since Jack and Frankie's dogs get along well, Jack suggest that they take walks together sith their dogs. Frankie starts to like Jack when it suddenly turns out he is engaged, and Frankie's next assignment is to cover his wedding for a report. Frankie is disappointed, but at the same time, Jack has reservations about his upcoming wedding, encouraged by his best friend.
At first, I wondered where this movie would go, but it is progressing with time. The romance unfolds in a quite genuine way (if one can talk about that in a romantic film). Mainly, it's about how Jack's perspective slowly changes. It becomes a good romantic movie.
