The billionaire Dylan visits Bali to gain some positive publicity. The visit includes a stop at a local clinic to which he donates money. There, he is confronted by Ivy, one of the doctors, who is upset by his unbearable behaviour. Shortly after, Dylan's uncle, who is part of the trip, falls and suffers a concussion. Concerned about his uncle receiving the best care, Dylan insists on having Ivy, reputed to be the best doctor on-site, attend to him. He threatens to withdraw the donations unless Ivy spends all her time with his uncle in case complications arise. Ivy becomes even more upset but feels forced to stay to save the clinic.
The plot becomes unbelievable on many levels. How can Dylan be so self-absorbed and insensitive one moment and then suddenly turn so kind? How can Ivy be impressed by his kindness after the way she was treated in the beginning? The chemistry between them isn’t there; it just feels forced. No, simply not convincing. We can only hope the crew had a nice time on Bali.
