Mayor Brian discovers a wish list he wrote as a child. Suddenly, his wishes start coming true—he dances like Fred Astaire in the middle of town, receives his dream car as a loaner when his own breaks down, and more. Meanwhile, the town is under threat from a businessman planning to build new developments that would completely change its character. On top of all this, Nina, Brian's childhood crush, reappears in town.
A rather lousy story. I don't buy into mystical santas granting impossible wishes. The story just comes across as ridiculous and doesn't work.
