The yoga instructor Genevive has taken on the role of both sister and mother to her younger siblings after their parents passed away in an accident. She struggles to keep daily life on track while trying to provide the best opportunities for her siblings. Baseball player and playboy Trent is attempting to recover from an injury, and his coach forces him to attend yoga sessions to improve his conditioning. Reluctantly, he goes and ends up with Genevive as his instructor. He is instantly captivated and books numerous private lessons with her. They start dating, but can Genevive trust the womanizer Trent?
