Lea is trying to get a job as a book cover illustrator. During a job interview, where she doesn’t get the job, she accidentally overhears that it’s the famous author Michael behind the latest romantic bestseller. He wrote it under a pseudonym as part of a bet he made with his publisher. It turns out the book has been nominated for a prestigious award, but he doesn’t want to reveal that he’s the author. They need someone to play the role of the unknown author of the romance novel. They recruit Lea with the promise that she’ll get to illustrate Mickael’s next book.
