Christine got angry with her best friend as a child, and ever since, they have been competing in everything. Now, they are both teachers at the same school and continue to compete. James and his daughter arrive in town, and she joins Christine's class. Christine and her competitor soon start vying for James's attention. Before long, they also compete in the school's "bake-off" to raise money for their class.
Maybe it suffices on some level, but it never becomes truly good.
