Pepper is a controversial radio host in Los Angeles and when he messes up once again, the radio company sends him to a small station in Colorado. Sandra has a radio show that gives advice to listeners who call in. Now Sandra is forced to bring Pepper into the show and she really dislikes his cocky style. The more they work with each other, the more it becomes clear what lies behind their different styles and they begin to understand each other.
