Emily is a professional soccer player but has developed attitude problems and is dismissed from the team. She goes home to her brother and his family to gain some perspective. There, she soon becomes involved in coaching her niece's soccer team, much to the irritation of the team's regular coach, Ian. However, the conflict between them evolves into cooperation over time.
