Allie is a veterinarian on her way to leave Evergreen for Washington, D.C., where her long-distance boyfriend Spencer lives. Widower Ryan and his daughter Zoe are on their way to Florida to celebrate Christmas on a cruise and make a stop in Evergreen along the way. Complications arise.
This is the first film in a standalone series about various romantic events around Christmas in Evergreen. A decent romantic film with the usual complications (maybe the boyfriend is a bit more stubborn this time, but only marginally so).
