Kacey wants to get the opportunity to do a high-profile feature for the newspaper, but first, she has to tackle the task of profiling the well-known and popular TocFlix personality, Ryan, who provides dating advice to women. It's something she really doesn't want to do. However, she is forced to take on the assignment despite finding Ryan quite arrogant. She begins to interview Ryan, but he refuses to answer the more serious questions that Kacey wants to ask for a better profile. In the end, Ryan makes a deal with Kacey that if she agrees to register on his dating app, he will answer all the questions she poses.
The movie holds up as a romantic film. I was a bit skeptical about how Kacey could fall for a somewhat arrogant Ryan, but it improves, and he has reason to reassess some things.
