Kyla works as a historian. Before Christmas, she changes her vacation plans for herself and her sister. Instead of heading to southern latitudes, they go to Conifer, Colorado. Kyla has a research assignment related to the background of a Christmas tree farm there. At the same time, she is delving into her own family's history, as much is unknown about her mother's side of the family. In Conifer, she is confronted with Cody, who is the one running the Christmas tree farm after his father injured his back.
An average romantic movie that still holds up, although there are some loose ends at the end.
