The lawyer Kate is tasked with getting an Inn sold before Christmas, she has twelve days. It turns out the Inn is a hard sell because it's haunted. In particular, the ghost Daniel who has haunted the place for twelve days before Christmas every year since he died under mysterious circumstances. Kate tackles the riddle to free Daniel from the curse.
A surprisingly well made film despite the ghosts etc. As a romantic film it holds up but it is obviously illogical and leaves a lot unanswered.
