Kate's honest desire to make the gym's customers feel physically better comes into conflict with the gym's new owners, who mostly want them to not have to put in as much effort. After Kate gives her honest opinion to famous actor Rick, she is fired. Kate's best friend talks her into coming up to Washington and help her with her nature and fitness center. Once there, however, a film company gets in touch and wants her to get one of their stars in shape for a film. When the star gets there, it turns out to be none other than Rick.
An average Hallmark movie that delivers what it's supposed to.
