The vlogger Zandi is left at the altar by her boyfriend on their wedding day, turning her world upside down. One evening, her friend takes her out to a club, and on her way out, Zandi spots a man being mugged. She intervenes, but things go awry, and both the man, Edward, and Zandi lose their belongings. To make matters worse, they are later arrested by the police while trying to get into Zandi's car. Despite all this, Zandi and Edward tenatively start dating, but more complications arise along the way.
I thought this movie was fun to watch. Maybe because it takes place in South Africa (and Nigeria), but also because the plot felt a bit different. Of course, it delivers a romance with a happy ending.
