Adrian doesn’t get the promotion he was hoping for and starts questioning his life as a lawyer. His brother is a captain in the fire department, and suddenly Adrian gets the idea to train as a firefighter himself. Despite his brother’s objections, he signs up for a volunteer firefighter course. In the meantime, he meets his niece’s teacher, Sarah. They begin dating cautiously, but things become complicated when Adrian realises that Sarah’s son is enrolled in the same firefighter training programme — something he has kept secret. He doesn’t want Sarah to know, as her husband was a firefighter who died in the line of duty.
Actually a pretty good romantic film. Maybe not very deep, but well made, with solid performances in most areas.
