Eve is a book editor at a publishing house and responsible for a new book by an author couple. One week before the book is set to go to print, the couple comes with a new version they think is better. Now, Eve has a week to edit the new version. She is also persuaded to stay in their house while they go on vacation for Valentine's Day. Additionally, they want her to participate in their nephew Jake's couples workshops that he will be holding in the house. Reluctantly, Eve is drawn into these couple activities, but since she lacks a partner, she is forced to do them with Jake.
The movie was better than expected. It is made with great sensitivity and Eve's slightly quirky personality is well portrayed by Britt Irvin. The film has a subtle humor that appealed to me, making it a really good romantic movie.
