Lolly feels that her life has come to a standstill. She lives at home with her father and works at the family diner. She hasn't found the right one after breaking up with Roy after school when he wanted to go away and train to become a doctor. Now, her aunt gives her four lemon drops. If she takes one before going to sleep, she will experience a day as it could have been if one thing had changed. Of course, she doesn't believe in this, but she becomes convinced after the first try. The fourth candy will make the change permanent, but is any of the alternative lives as she imagined?
It's hard to describe the plot of this and do it justice. It's a very good romantic film that is well-made. It deals with the insight that alternative developments also come with drawbacks. The ending may not come as a surprise, but it provides a good conclusion. Watch it!
