Haley works as an interior designer with her own blog. She suddenly gets the opportunity to decorate a room in a villa where various interior designers each get a room in an annual exhibition. At the same time, Haley also learns, to her surprise, that she has an uncle her mother never talked about. However, her mother doesn't want to discuss it. Haley becomes interested nonetheless and starts searching for her mothers lost brother. One possible candidate, Gordon, runs a company that sells cabins. She goes there to investigate if he could be her uncle. At the company, she meets Blake, who works for Gordon, and furniture designer Brianna, Gordon's daughter.
