When Holly was young, she worked at her father, 'Saint' Nick Crosby's, in Santaville. However, her father's total focus on Christmas caused her to tire and move away from home. Now she is a skilled salesperson at a large toy company. When her father is injured, however, she goes home before Christmas to visit him. While there, she finds that Santaville is going badly and that everything is about to fall apart. She begins to deal with the problems and gets help from Peter, who has worked for many years with her father.
A romantic film that delivers what it should, but it feels a little dated.
