Heather is the manager of a mall and before Christmas she receives instructions from the CEO to kick out the tenants with the lowest turnover in order to bring in more interesting tenants who can increase the popularity of the mall. Meanwhile, Heather also gets to know Ryan, who helps her aunt in her toy store, one of the stores to be evicted.
Could have been something with another crew but this one doesn't work. Especially Brendan Fehr as Ryan feels very stiff.
