Tom takes the train from New York to LA just before Christmas in hopes of finding a good story to write. During the journey, he is accompanied by various characters, each with their own background. What he doesn't expect, however, is that Eleanor, with whom he had a relationship when they were war correspondents, would also be on board. She is traveling with the director Max, who encourages her to write a screenplay. It becomes an eventful journey where Tom and Eleanor also have to unravel what really happened between them all those years ago.
A good romantic story even though there is a weakness that is revealed at the end, but I still think it holds up well.
