Maria lives alone with her son outside a small town. One day, a wounded William stumbles in from the wilderness. He has a troubled past, but although Maria is cautious, she takes him in and tends to his wounds. Slowly, both William's and Maria's difficult backgrounds begin to unfold. A friendship forms and gradually develops into something more. But dark forces are at work in the town, and William ends up in conflict with the local sheriff.
A low-budget production, not surprisingly with a Christian message. The story is clumsy, as is the film as a whole. Spare yourself the pain of having to watch this.
