Rebecca is applying for a job as the deputy VP of the design team at her dream company, which specializes in outdoor equipment. She gets a chance at the position but must undergo tests at the company retreat near Lake Tahoe. Participants are assigned to work in pairs, and she is teamed up with Nathan, who is applying for a sales position. Nathan is a challenging partner, struggling to listen or follow the rules, making it difficult for Rebecca as they are evaluated together on their ability to collaborate.
No, this doesn't work at all. Nathan is an arrogant and hopeless character, and you don't really notice much of his "transformation." I also can't quite see how he helps Rebecca become braver.
