Jack visits a cafe where he spots his ex and her new husband. To avoid an embarrassing situation, he sits down at a table with an unknown girl, Maria, who helps him out of the embarrassing situation. They continue to talk with interlaced scenes from their future lives.
The format of the film does not work. Constant flash forwards spoil the development of the romance and it's hard to get attached to this movie.
