Sophia is the CEO of the design company she founded and has built into one of the industry’s leaders. It is now under threat, however, as her ex-husband wants to sell his share to a competing low-end brand. She is forced to travel to Fiji to try to influence one of the board members.
On the same flight is Max, who has been persuaded by his pilot friend to travel to Fiji to meet an investor who could help him open his own restaurant. They run into bad weather, and it all ends with Sophia and Max finding themselves stranded alone on a deserted island.
This film’s main strength is its entertaining, fast-paced dialogue. As a romantic story, it works and clearly falls into the rom-com category.
