In her free time, Brielle dives for objects on the ocean floor. One day she finds a ring that she manages to trace back to Marcus. When she contacts him, it turns out he has just returned to Tahiti for a few weeks. They meet, and it turns out that Marcus’s fiancée lost her engagement ring at the same time he lost his own ring. He hires Brielle to help him search for her ring as well. Meanwhile, Brielle’s sister shows up. She studies in the US but arrives with her fiancé, as they plan to get married in Tahiti. However, the sister has a complicated relationship with their father. All the while, Brielle and Marcus continue searching for the engagement ring.
If you can swallow the idea that Marcus travels to Tahiti to search for a ring he has no idea where he lost, then this is still a fairly decent romantic film.
