Maggie works as a reporter at the local newspaper. One day she runs into Mitch who she was interested in during the collage days and who once saved her Christmas one year but then disappeared. Now he has returned to the city as a DJ and radio host on the local radio station. These days, Mitch is very anti-Christmas and Maggie decides to become Mitch's "secret Santa" to make him like Christmas the way he once did for her.
