When Savannah loses her job as a publicist instead of getting a promotion, she's persuaded by her friend, who works as a cruise host on the Danube, to come and be a talent coordinator at an event featuring romcom film stars. She’s assigned to look after the newly famous star, Tripp. Tripp doesn’t like the attention surrounding him and wants to focus solely on acting. Now it’s Savannah's job to get him to agree to interviews and meet his fans on the cruise. It won’t be an easy task.

This time, they travel westward, while in the other two films, they travel east, so one might assume they managed the filming in three cruises. This time, however, it doesn’t turn out as well. Mainly, it’s Brendan Penny’s somewhat wooden style that doesn’t quite cut it.
