Sienna runs a beauty salon where she works with her two best friends. They have their sights set on the annual Atlanta Tinsel Ball, which Sienna’s mother is also involved in organising. This year, the ball’s finances have been rescued by Lawrence, who hopes to promote his family’s wines from California at the event. Sienna’s mother is far less enthusiastic about his plans. Lawrence, however, becomes quite taken with Sienna. He asks her out on one date after another. Sienna remains cautious, as she doesn’t trust that Lawrence will stay.
Better than expected. As a romantic story, it works—provided you can tolerate beauty salons and similar themes. The women in the salon each have their own romantic challenges as well.
