My favourite axings
Sometimes it's a pleasure to really ax something that you find particularly bad. Here I've gathered some of my favourites.
Catch a Christmas Star"The movie could have been good if they had involved a director, a producer and some actors in the production."
A Kiss On Candy Cane Lane"The director's idea of directions for this film must have been: Learn your lines and read them to the audience."
Christmas Coupon"A real failure. The actors' efforts can be outclassed by a statue and the direction (including the editing) stinks."
Making Out"A total low-budget film with all the bad sides of low-budget films. Simply crap."
Christmas In The City"A film where the clichés are packed tightly but they did not understand that directing is also needed to succeed."
Christmas at the Holly Hotel"You can safely skip this one. A garbage production where the actors could be replaced by a wooden log without you noticing."
A Christmas Kiss II"No, a real crap movie. Cooper is a rough and ego cantered piece of shit who still gets what he wants. The only way they could have saved this movie was if he had been forced to crawl in the dust and eat shit until he renounced his former life. But they don't."
Christmas Catch"Cool concept but amateurishly executed. Carson, played by Franco Lo Presti, is a slimy type reminiscent of Ellis in Die Hard. Unbelievable how anyone could be interested in him."
Christmas In Pine Valley"Not a well-crafted film, primarily brought down by Andrew Biernat, who must have secured this role through some creative means because it couldn't have been for his acting talents."
Christmas on the Bayou"The movie is decently well made, but the rating is dragged down by how her mother don't give a crap about what Katherine wants and tries to get her together with Caleb and give up her career in New York. It would be liberating with a film where she shuts her mother up and finds a nice man who will support her in her choices."
Christmas CEO"The 1950s called and wanted their movie back. The story is so embarrassing that it's painful. It's all about Chris forgetting all her ambitions and idiot Joe being right. One of the absolute worst movies on the list. (Not the worst production quality but the plot is awful)."
Christmas at the Chateau"Who released this movie to the market? The story is childish. Regina sucks. The actors are half-baked. Sometimes it's like they filmed it with a dark filter on one of two cameras. The cutting? Sometimes a dialogue is going on while the actors (who are holding the dialogue) sits still without moving their mouths. The whole movie looks like it was made in the 70s but is actually from 2019. An unmitigated disaster."
