Joy works in marketing and has conducted a market research for the company's largest client, a major department store, ahead of Christmas. If it goes well, she may receive a long-awaited promotion. However, her aunt injures herself, and she immediately rushes over to take care of her. The aunt is deeply involved in the city's two different baking events for Christmas, and Joy immediately takes over to handle this. Ben, who works at the hospital where the aunt is admitted, and also happens to be Joy's former classmate and love interest, offers to help, but Joy is determined to handle it herself, especially not with Ben's assistance.

This one doesn't stand out from the crowd, but as a romantic movie, it holds up. The acting performances are decent, and the storyline is familiar.

When Jules was little, she loved taking part in the Christmas celebrations in Grandma Glinda's 'Christmas Land'. Now she is a successful marketer who has just received a promotion when she finds out that grandma let her inherit her house. Jules goes there to sign the papers and then sell the house. Once there, she finds out that she not only inherited the house, but the whole of Christmas Land. She learns this from the lawyer Tucker, who handles her grandmother's estate. The whole town now expects Jules to resume celebrating Christmas at Christmas Land and what she thought would be a simple sale turns out to be very complicated.

Emma goes home to celebrate Christmas with her siblings for the last time at her parents' house after the parents have passed away. Much feels nostalgic and it will be hard to part with the house and all the memories. Emma enlists the help of the antiques dealer Morgan to value all the things in the house. During the work, Emma has to think a lot about what she wants with her life and whether Ian, her boyfriend back home in New York, is right for her.

Courtney, who is an ex skating star, runs a skating school on the city's outdoor ice. However, the city management decides to withdraw the funds for the ice and her business is threatened. She is pitted against Noah, a former ice hockey professional, who built an indoor arena in the city. However, Noah wants to help her.

The film has a classic storyline with the villainous mayor as a Scrooge who is converted as the backdrop to the romance. Could have been better.

Lucy is walking out of the bridal shop with her wedding dress when she slips and hits her head. When she wakes up again, she has forgotten the past two years and thinks she is going to marry her old boyfriend from home.

Katherine is busy between work and taking care of her son. When her boss gives her time off over Christmas, she goes home to her mother in Louisiana. At home, she is confronted by her childhood friend Caleb, whom she liked when she was little.

The movie is decently well made, but the rating is dragged down by how her mother don't give a crap about what Katherine wants and tries to get her together with Caleb and give up her career in New York. It would be liberating with a film where she shuts her mother up and finds a nice man who will support her in her choices.

Josie is the head chef who is going home to launch a restaurant in her Mom's Inn. That's where Tanner, a food critic, appears. He once sabred Josie's food at her first place which was later forced to close.

Hannah's dating app goes badly and before Christmas she is asked by her partner in the company to go home to think about how they can save the company. To her father's delight, she follows the advice. Once there, she discovers that a dating event is being arranged where you exchange letters with a stranger (brokerage takes place via the local post office) until Christmas when you reveal who is who. Hannah convinces her father to participate but he only participates if Hannah also participates. Hannah begins to exchange letters and her anonymous pen pal gains her interest. At the same time, she reconnects with Sam, her old boyfriend from school days.

A good romantic film even if you get weary of the technology hostility. However, style points are awarded for Hannah naming her home robot (like a Google Home) Marvin.

Belinda is going home over Christmas to, among other things, meet her best friend's fiancé for the first time. Unfortunately, her boyfriend Logan cannot come along as he prioritizes work. Belinda also receives an assignment from work to, when she is still at home, try to ensure that a sale of the old mill goes to a company they work for. It turns out, however, that in the mill is a cultural center run by her ex boyfriend, Dustin. To top it all off, she and Dustin are paired together on a team in the annual scavenger hunt competition.

A pretty good romantic movie. The theme is once again about coming home and finding your way back to your roots.

Kaleigh is fired from her job writing a column for The Globe in NYC. She goes home to her sister who lives near Tahoe in California. However her former employer regrets letting her go and Tripp, the editor who fired her, is assigned by The Globe's owner to bring Kaleigh back to the paper.

Melissa is angry about the divorce and takes it out on Charlotte, among others, at school. At the same time, Jennifer and Nate get to know each other and cautiously start dating, but they don't know that their daughters have a conflict

This film doesn't start very well, it feels a bit stiff and you lack empathy. However, the conflict between the daughters lifts the film a bit, which is why it gets a 4 in the rating anyway. You have to live with the fact that the solution requires a personality change that may not be completely credible.

Lauren is about to move to Springfield to get her first permanent teaching position after the New Year. However, the train stops in Grandon Falls due to a storm. The town is nice and she decides to stay for a few days. She gets to know Travis and his foster son Dylan.

A real 'feel good' film without major complications. If you have a problem with sugary sweets, this is not the right movie, but if you like that kind of thing, this is a really romantic movie.

When she is desperately looking for an internship (very late), a position as a doctor suddenly appears in Garland, Alaska. With no other options, Lauren goes there.

Deb studies meteorology at university and presents the weather on the local radio. Quentin works at a TV station with the task of getting the viewing figures in order. When their weatherman quits, he remembers Deb from the radio and calls her in to do the weather for tonight's broadcast. She does it so well that she is assigned to do it until the station manages get a new weatherman. She agrees to it because it can increase her chances of getting a scholarship to do further research.

Donovan has a café that she is in danger of losing due to loans. Ben is a playwright who has not been doing so well lately, he is enticed by a friend to come to the small town to get a better writing peace. He finds the coffee shop and it's faschinating owner bit is mistaken by Donovan to be in cohort with those who wants to close her cafë.

Complications and love in a good story. This film is well constructed and a bit "heavier" than a standard romantic film. Sentimental enough.

When librarian Taylor loses her job, she goes to visit her brother who has moved to his wife's hometown. There she meets Joel, who has returned to the city to do some business. Taylor's brother gets her involved in a petition intown to preserve the town's fine old hotel. Little does Taylor know at first that it is Joel who has plans to convert the hotel into a tourist resort.

However, Kelly's career depends on how well Stephen succeeds in the series and she is therefore forced to work with him.

The hotel is supposed to host a Christmas concert, but they have run into problems with the artists. Jackson, who is Margot's ex-boyfriend, is tasked with trying to fix everything. When he runs into Margot at the hotel, he manages to persuade her to participate. They have to work together to save the event.

Who released this movie to the market? The story is childish. Regina sucks. The actors are half-baked. Sometimes it's like they filmed it with a dark filter on one of two cameras. The cutting? Sometimes a dialogue is going on while the actors (who are holding the dialogue) sits still without moving their mouths. The whole movie looks like it was made in the 70s but is actually from 2019. An unmitigated disaster.

Katie is ex. skating star. She and the current star she's training, Jessica, leave for a final appearance in the kingdom of San Senova. There they are hired to put on a Christmas show with the king's daughter. Katie gets to know the king.

Jessica has been commissioned to organize a historical exhibition at the historic hotel The Plaza. At the hotel, she gets help from Nick, who works with setting up all the decorations in the hotel. She learns to like Nick but to complicate things she's already in a relationship.

When he realizes that Annie is a lawyer, he hires her in exchange for a promise that he will save the café.

A decently good romantic film that is unusual in that the main character, Izzi, is played by wheelchair-bound Ali Stoker. It's almost a little annoying though that this fact is almost ignored in the plot.

The lawyer Lucy works in corporate law and one day she is suddenly reached by the news that her sister, Alice, has died. Lucy goes home to take care of the funeral and the inheritance after Alice. The sisters were close growing up but Alice had an accident that left her unable to live a normal life. Now Lucy must confront her feelings and memories about Alice. She also has to work with Peter who was Lucy's boyfriend at the time of the accident and is now Alice's lawyer and the one handling the will.

A good romantic movie where the background of who Alice was and became slowly emerges. It becomes very feel-good despite the tragic theme.

The soldier's widow Amanda realizes that the museum where she is curator has financial problems and therefore wants to organize a fund raiser to save the museum and her job. Warrant-officer Jim has injured his leg and needs to rest. He rents Amanda's guesthouse to avoid living in the barracks in the meantime. Jim eventually gets involved in the the fund raiser. At the same time, Amanda and Jim are drawn to each other in their respective griefs, Amanda for her husband and Jim for his comrades lost in the field.

This is the fourth film in the Christmas in Evergreen series and in my opinion the worst. It never takes off and the thrill of the romance never comes.

Lisa who is a shop designer goes to her childhood town before Christmas. There she realizes that the town's general store that she loved is closed and the town's mayor is trying to find a good buyer. Lisa offers to fix up the store for a sale and gets help from the town's handyman, Kevin.

The famous movie star Jessica will for the first time produce a movie in which she is also the star. The movie (a romcom movie) will be shot in the small town of Homestead where Matt is the mayor. He also runs the Inn where Jessica and parts of the film crew will stay. Matt is not too happy about the film crew coming to town and disrupting the town's Christmas celebrations but his daughter Sophie who loves Jessica's movies is over the moon.

The movie goes well with the paparazzi (one of whom develops a conscience with the help of Matt's sister) and all.

Ellie likes to create things but also has a job at the local bakery. Nick who is secretly going to inherit the company that owns the bakery comes there to learn about the business and the people who work there.

Photographer Holly comes home for Christmas for the first time in many years. Her mother persuades her to join her and help with the festival of lights, which is being organized for the first time since the hurricane devastated the town five years ago. However, it turns out that the person leading the work on the festival is Mike, Holly's old boyfriend, and they did not part on the best of terms when life took them in different directions.

Although the theme of old boyfriends becoming new is questionable, the film holds up as a romantic film.

Angela loses her job as a guide in Rome. She runs into Oliver, who has just come to town to convince an owner of an Italian porcelain factory to sell his business to the company Oliver works for. However, Oliver needs help to find his way around and he enlists Angela to guide him. After a while, Angela realizes that he also needs help to understand the Italian business culture.

The film works well as a romantic movie and they actually speak some real Italian (albeit only occasional phrases).

Robert is a single father who is also a toy inventor. He is disorganized and finds it difficult to balance life between work and children. Before Christmas, he has an important business meeting but also a lot of children's activities. While out shopping, he runs into Lydia, who works as a personal organizer. He realizes he needs her help…

At the department store there is a rationalization consultant, Teanna, who wants to change the Christmas atmosphere into something "hot". Hannah's parents involve him in the thoughts of expansion as he is experienced in marketing. This annoys Hannah who has a hard time with Ryan since they competed for the same job. Ryan also has a tenant in his parents' house, Tina who is a famous romance novelist who has lost her desire to write. Angel Falls wouldn't be Angel Falls without an angel coming and discreetly nudging the development in the right direction.

The publicity may be needed as her large-scale competitor tries to squash her store just like they did her grandfather's store.

A good romantic film in the name of cheese. Another film about David's fight against Goliath and to find love in the process. The film is not entirely without cheesy jokes…

Lindsey works on closing deals to build new hotels. Now she is assigned to go to the small town of Kilabbey on Ireland to try to buy land that also houses a castle that they plan to demolish to build a modern hotel. However, the city council that owns the castle does not want to sell as they do not want to demolish the castle with its history. To prove that she is a serious investor who cares about the town's traditions, Lindsey decides to stay and participate in the town's Matchmaking Festival held every year. When she is there, she also gets to know Brennan, who really wants the castle to remain.

Well, this movie holds up. The story, which is about finding the right middle ground, progresses in a good way.

Since childhood, Jane has been completely lost in Austen's world in Pride and Prejudice. Her greatest wish is to find her own Mr. Darcy. When she learns about a place in England that offers a re-enactment of Austen's world, Jane spends all her money on going there for a week. Once there, she realizes that she bought the economy package, which gives her a not-so-prominent role in the game.

Hannah works at a travel agency that sells tropical vacations, but now she is assigned to travel to an ice hotel in Canada to reconnoitre a new type of destination. She gets to know one of the hotel's owners, Ben, who is focused on another guest, Louis, who is a hotel critic. Louis is there incognito but Ben has figured out who he is. Hannah manages to cause a couple of situations but also manages to clear them up in a way that Ben appreciates.

I'll admit that I didn't have high expectations for this movie. The story sounded like it could derail into boyishness etc. quite thoroughly. But judge by my surprise that they actually managed to make a pretty good romantic movie out of it. Even if the end is a bit implausible.

Interior designer Tiffany hosts a show that fixes up homes for people. However, the production company wants to heat up the production a bit and brings in Haiden, Tiffany's ex-boyfriend, as an extra producer for the show. In the new venture, Tiffany is tasked with fixing up the house inhabited by Dennis, a carpenter who worked as a temp in her last episode. The task also grows to fix more than just the home.

A fairly good romantic film with the theme of the production company that wants to use people for the entertainment value. The good side wins, of course.
